November 17th. Remembering the great Don Gibson (April 3, 1928 – November 17, 2003), country musician and composer of many  country classics including “I Cant Stop Loving You”, “O lonesome me” and “Sweet Dreams”.  Collectors may be interested in BACMs selection of his best work from the late 40s to early ‘50s before he hit the big-time with  “O lonesome me” in 1957. For fans of 1950s country crossover, several of Gibsons hits appear on our Country Memories collections.
